Dr. Craig Tover, has been given the honor to make the 2020 list as a Top Dentist in Palm Beach County under the Endodontics section! This is an award chosen by his colleagues and we are very proud that he is a part of our TLC team!
Dr. Tover received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Postgraduate Degree in Endodontics from the New York University College of Dentistry. His specialty, with 20 plus years of experience, is in the arena of root canal diagnosis and treatment. Known for his dedication to helping others, he is a kind soul who takes the time to listen to his patients, puts them at ease with respect and compassion and will do everything possible to save the natural tooth. Before joining the TLC Dental team, Dr. Tover had a long-standing private practice in Boca Raton. Among his achievements, Dr. Tover has been selected to the Palm Beach Illustrated’s “Top Dentists” on several occasions, an honor chosen by his peers.
One of Dr. Tover’s passions is his family, which includes his wife, three children, daughter-in-law, and his newest addition (which he spoils daily) – his first grandchild! His interests include sports, photography, gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
After Dr. Morel obtained his dental degree from the University of Montreal, he went on to pursue a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Being from Montreal, he is fluent in English, as well as French. To further his medical expertise, he did a fellowship in orthognathic surgery, also known as jaw surgery.
For patients that feel sedation would be optimal for their treatment, he offers numerous options to ease his patients, including IV sedation. He understands dental anxiety and will work with you to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
As an American Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, his expertise goes far beyond the basic requirements. His passion powers the hard work and determination necessary to achieve great outcomes with his patients.
Dr. Morel is a proud father and husband, and also has a deep affinity for winter sports, soccer and the culinary arts.
Dr. McCarty received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003. She then moved on to complete her residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Jacksonville University in 2005.
Our doctor is thrilled to be providing premier orthodontic treatment as part of the TLC Dental Family and is currently seeing patients in our East Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood and North Lauderdale locations. Dr. McCarty stays abreast of the latest advances in orthodontics through numerous continuing education courses.
In her time away from the office, she enjoys tennis, photography, and spending time with friends and family. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Dr. Marlon Foote was born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He came to the US for college where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. Following dental school, he obtained his certificate and Master's degree in Periodontics from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Following his graduation from his masters program he has been practicing in both Florida and in Jamaica. He is a board certified periodontist practicing the full scope of periodontics and implant surgery. When not seeing patients, Dr. Foote enjoys watching sports, traveling and spending time at the beach.
Dr. Jason Sheikh is a Florida native with a heart for community and love of oral surgery. He received his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania and MD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. After completing his residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, Dr Sheikh spent a year in fellowship in Charleston, WV before returning to practice in South Florida. Dr. Sheikh, his wife Andrea, and daughters Gianna and Ella reside in Delray Beach, where they are members at the Avenue Church and are active in the community. He is excited to join the TLC Dental team as a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgery.
